We have modern production equipment, and can offer a wide range of products within printing, etching, laser engraving and metalworking.
Screen printing
We have many years of experience with screen printing. The required print is transferred to a mesh and the colour is then pressed through. It is possible to print fine details and screen printing is a very effective way to print larger series and large motives. Many types of colours exist, we mainly use air hardening and oven hardening colours.
Digital printing
Our digital printing machines from Mimaki use UV hardening colours and can print with a very high level of detail. The machines can print on both foil, plastic and metals and we can thus offer unlimited options when it comes to multi colour printing.
Chemical etching
One of our main competencies is chemical etching. The material runs through the machine on a conveyor belt, speed and etching depth can thus be adjusted according to the customer's specifications. We typically etch in stainless steel and brass..
Laser engraving
Laser engraving is useful for individual name plates, front panels etc. as well as for e.g. serial numbers and QR codes on printed and etched metal plates.
CNC punching in metal
Our CNC punching machine with tool rotation makes it possible to punch out virtually all shapes. CNC punching is optimal both for prototypes and not least for larger series production. Our punching machines can work in most metals, and special tools are manufactured as needed.
Cutting of foils
The mimaki flatbed machine can cut foils in all shapes, and it offers rich possibilities for the production of labels just as desired. The machine can cut fine details in both vinyl foils and metal foils and is practical for both small and large series.
Punching in soft materials
The die punching machine can punch through softer materials, and is optimal for punching labels in large quantities, or making flat gaskets and sealings. The machine has a built-in heater, and can thus also shape raised push buttons etc. Special punching tools are manufactured on request.
